I've spent my career helping people navigate challenges, both in the gym and in life. As a therapist, Pilates and Lagree instructor, and strength coach, I've worked with individuals seeking to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
My passion for movement is also very personal. After undergoing a spinal fusion as a teenager and living with chronic pain for much of my life, I learned firsthand that health isn't about perfection — it's about finding what works for your body and building resilience over time.
