My background is in therapy — I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor — combined with personal training and Pilates. That combination means I'm not just looking at your workouts. I'm a "therapist-informed" coach: I bring that clinical lens to our sessions without crossing into therapy territory. Bridal wellness coaching is a distinct service — it's goal-focused, forward-looking, and centered on you feeling capable and regulated, not just smaller.

No. Bridal wellness coaching is a distinct service from therapy or mental health treatment. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, but I am not providing therapy through this program. Coaching is goal-focused, forward-looking, and not a clinical service. If you need therapy or mental health treatment, I'm happy to help you find the right referral.
All sessions are conducted virtually via video call. This makes it accessible regardless of where you're located and easy to fit around the chaos of wedding planning.
The Full Journey is best started 3–6 months before your wedding date. The Countdown Intensive is designed for the final 6–8 weeks. A Strategy Session can happen at any point — even if you're already deep into planning and feeling overwhelmed.

Absolutely not. My programs are built around how you want to feel — strong, regulated, confident, capable. Weight loss is not a goal I impose on clients. If it's something you want to work toward, we can discuss it; but it's never the frame I lead with.
